Os pacientes também podem perceber náuseas, azia, perda de apetite, gases, arrotos com frequência, indigestão, e tem ainda quem não sinta nada por muito tempo…

Um tratamento ágil diante dos sintomas percebidos reduz as chances para complicações, como os sangramentos, que alteram a cor das fezes, e deixam o paciente com fraqueza e palidez. Nesses casos, a intervenção médica tem que ser imediata.

Tratamento

O tratamento geralmente é iniciado com medicação, incluindo o uso de antibióticos para quem de fato está com a infecção por H. pylori. EM alguns casos, é necessário partir para a cirurgia, para a retirada da parte afetada do estômago.

São necessários alguns cuidados especiais após o procedimento, principalmente em relação à alimentação e esforço físico, tudo de acordo com as orientações recebidas pela equipe médica.
